  I sent my Son to take advantage of the free tax prep. I called and answered a few questions and was told it will be free. My son called me to advise that they charged him $180. and because he was broke at the time also will deduct another $35. from return. The return is for $230. $180. + $35. is $215. He now gets $15. back. Talk about taking advantage of a kid. Above all of this I called to find out what happened. Was advised someone would call back......we are still waiting for that call.
